Bio note
Nicolas Lemay-Hébert is Senior Lecturer at the Department of International Development at the University of Birmingham in the UK and Director of the University's PhD Research Programme. Between 2009 and 2011 he was the Director of the Centre for Missions of Peace and Humanitarian Studies, University of Quebéc, Canada. He is currently co-editor of the Journal of Intervention and Statebuilding and Routledge Studies in Intervention and Statebuilding.
