Biography

Currently, he's PhD of Governance, Knowledge and Innovation at Economics Faculty/Center for Social Studies of the University of Coimbra with the project "Neglected diseases and the right to health: What is the negligence to be eradicated?", funded by FCT, reference nº UI/BD/154280/2022. Lawyer of the Foundation of Support and Development in Teaching, Research and Extension - FADEPE (2014-2018), support Foundation of Federal University of Juiz de Fora. Master in Law at State University of Rio de Janeiro (2015), in the research area Enterprise and Economics activities. Graduation in Law at Federal University of Juiz de Fora (2012). His research interests are mainly in the Law and Economics with a particular focus on the study of the market failures, Social Studies of Science and Technology, Innovation, and Economic and Commercial Law. Among his academic production, the book "Neglected Diseases and Drug Patent: for a collaborative proposal"(2015) stands out. He was chosen as a representative twice throughout his professional and academic career. He participated as a member of an academic grade jury, reviewer of scientific journals and in studies and research groups, including with scholarship and receiving an award in one of these participations. He also contributed to the organization of a Congress and a Seminar, and has several scientific communications, with special emphasis on its participation as a finalist in the 3rd Edition of the Three-Minute Theses Competition of the University of Coimbra.
